Three quotes were invited:
• S-Tech confirmed that they could not provide a competitive quote.
• Came & Co submitted a quote in the sum of £825.93 (1 year option) or £784.63 (3 year option).
• Suffolk ACRE submitted a quote in the sum of £1,513.53 (I year option), £1,437.86 (3 year option) & £1,362.18 (5 year option).
Following consideration of the above it was agreed to accept the insurance premium from Came & Co on a one year option. Proposed: Mary Smith. Seconded: Sharyn Robinson. All agreed.
3104: Consideration of Planning Application for The Bungalow, Abbey Lane – demolition of existing bungalow and construction of replacement dwelling and garage. Ref: 12/00764/FUL.
Letter received from ECDC Planning confirming withdrawal of application.
