Consultation on our draft Neighbourhood Plan is open from 14th September – please view the documentation here and complete the consultation form on this page. The consultation runs from 14th September to 2nd November 2021 and is formally known as the Regulation 14 Consultation.
Swaffham Bulbeck Parish Council is overseeing a Neighbourhood Plan for the parish. A Neighbourhood Plan is the community’s opportunity to influence housing development and related facilities in the parish over the next 15 to 20 years. It cannot prevent development set out in the Local Plan published by East Cambs District Council, but it does allow us to shape the type of housing, the character of houses, identify potential sites for future development as well as have a say on environmental matters and community facilities developed alongside housing.
Your views on the draft Neighbourhood Plan are very important. There are a number of ways you can make comments:
- completing a comments form online (see link above)
- emailing your comments to email@example.com
- completing a paper comments form (available from 23 Heath Road, 1 Station Road, the phone box in Commercial End and the Church) and dropping it into 23 Heath Road or 1 Station Road or posting it to Swaffham Bulbeck Parish Clerk, 41 Stow Road, Stow-cum-Quy, CB25 9AD
