The parish has acquired some trees (from the County Council), and would like to hear from anyone who has space to plant one or two, or more.
The species are: Green Beech; Horse Chestnut; Black Alder; small-leaved Lime; Spindle; Silver Birch; Rowan.
At the time of writing, there is at least one of each available. Please apply quickly.
These young trees are about six feet tall, with root balls, so quite substantial – and they need putting in the ground as soon as possible, as it’s the end of the planting season.
